  • Praise for the safety of the team during our first mission trip of the year during a record rainy season.
  • Praise the Lord for the impact that Dani Cole's year of service in Pucallpa has made in helping endear the ministry of Scalpel to ongoing local mission's effots in the area.
  • Praise the Lord for our supporters who continue to financially and spiritually support this ministry.

    We are also told that we have not when we ask not, so we PRAYERFULLY REQUEST:.

  • Pray that God will guide us with the plans and the people for our next mission trip schedule for September 30-October 9, 2011.
  • Pray that God will show us the path we need to take in order to ship large items to Pucallpa.
  • Prayerfully we ask for funding for our operating expenses for the remainder of 2011 and for our 2012 year during these lean economic times.
  • Pray for continued success in maintaining regular follow-up contact with our patients for both medical and evangelical purposes through the diligence of Peruvian based Dra. Rosita Escudero.
  • Pray for the provisions of an "on-site" residential manager for maintenance issues pertaining to upkeep of Jungle Bunks, and for successful resolution of current septic and water heating problems during these lean times.
